“As an over-60 athlete, staying injury-free and strong is a top priority. My workouts with Bryan emphasize functional athletic strength, core strength, recovery techniques and dynamic flexibility. The sessions are always challenging, never repetitive and specifically geared toward my individual goals. Several years ago, I was told by my surgeon after knee surgery that my running days were over. However, after rehabbing and training with Bryan, I made it to the starting line in top condition, ready to compete against the best triathlete women in my age-group. I completed the Lake Placid Iron Man event qualifying for the Hawaii Iron Man, which I just completed this year. My strength training with Bryan is one of the major reasons that I have been able to overcome the odds and compete again in national-level triathlons!”
