People always ask me, what’s the best form of exercise to achieve the best results?  I tell them whatever they find enjoyable.  There are tons of different options and not everyone is cut out for the health-club environment.  Not everyone is going to find lifting weights appealing.  Find something that you think you’d enjoy and give it a try.  It might be Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Boxing or simply walking around your neighborhood.  The important thing is to start moving with some form of exercise in order to burn calories so you can drop those unwanted pounds.
