GROUP ATHLETE CLASSES:

Our athlete classes combine an age-appropriate dynamic warm-up, mobility
exercises designed to improve ankle, hip and thoracic spine mobility, and a
total-body strength program based upon the athlete’s sport(s). Special
emphasis is placed early in the workout on developing explosive power in our
athletes.

Adult Group Classes:
HIIT class with Reggie McCorkle, Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 5:30am & Saturdays at 8am: 
High Intensity Interval Training that involves explosive anaerobic periods of exercise with less intense recovery periods. End result is improved athletic condition & increased fat burning capabilities!

12 Round Beat Down w/ Tonya & Nate Robinson, Mondays at 8am: Join Tonya and Nate for 12 rounds of high-intensity cardio training – boxers’ style. 12 rounds straight of 3 minutes on and 1 minute off of jump rope, box runs, and heavy bag boxing. Get ready to sweat and burn some serious calories, all while building endurance and core strength.

HIIT It Hard w/ Tonya & Nate Robinson, Tuesdays at 7pm: Tonya and Nate will lead you through challenging HITT circuits, including aerobic conditioning, boxing, strength training & games – all aimed at burning fat and building lean muscle!

Strengthen & Sculpt w/ Tonya Robinson, Wednesdays at 8am: Start your Hump Day strong (& lean) by joining Tonya for muscular strength circuits with muscular toning and endurance, and cardio bursts. Strengthen & Sculpt will change your body composition — If there’s muscle there, there’s not fat!

Week-End Bootcamp with Tonya Robinson, Fridays at 9:30a: Join Tonya for a high-intensity and strength-building workout. Burn off the week’s steam with a different (& fun!) workout every Friday – challenging your body in new and effective ways!

ADULT CLASS & PACKAGE PRICING:

  • $10-15 per drop-in class
  • 10-class card for $120 (expired in 45 days)
  • $125 for 12 classes a month (3X/week)
  • $30-$50 for semi-private trainings (5 people max)
  • $60-$75 for private trainings (price based on # of visits/week)
