The beginning of January is when lots of people make resolutions to get back into better shape.   And while that’s encouraging to know so many people are going to strive this month to achieve better health and vitality; it’s important for those people new or re-starting a fitness program to follow several key tips in order to 1) reduce the incidence of getting injured and 2) actually sticking with their fitness program long-term.

Studies show that the majority of people committing to a new fitness regimen unfortunately quit after just 3-6 weeks!!!  That’s why I encourage you to begin with realistic expectations in order to succeed this year with your fitness and exercise!
