WHY TRAIN AT SARATOGA PEAK PERFORMANCE?
“Having played with the L.A. Kings of the National Hockey League for 6 seasons, I had the opportunity to work with many world-class strength and conditioning coaches. Bryan Briddell has been the best of all of them! His knowledge of strength training, cardiovascular training and nutrition principles helped me achieve fitness goals that I never thought were possible. My only regret is that I wish I could have met him about 6 years earlier when I was just starting my NHL career!”

“I feel there are many people within the fitness and sports conditioning industry that are outstanding in one area of training; yet there are only a few that have the entire package. Bryan Briddell is an individual that has the entire package! Personal training clients and athletes looking for that competitive edge will achieve impressive results under Bryan’s guidance. Bryan has such a great understanding of how to implement what his clients need. It’s a guarantee that results will be gained. I highly recommend Bryan Briddell to any athlete looking to raise their athletic ability to a new level. You’ll be glad you did!”

“As an over-60 athlete, staying injury-free and strong is a top priority. My workouts with Bryan emphasize functional athletic strength, core strength, recovery techniques and dynamic flexibility. The sessions are always challenging, never repetitive and specifically geared toward my individual goals. Several years ago, I was told by my surgeon after knee surgery that my running days were over. However, after rehabbing and training with Bryan, I made it to the starting line in top condition, ready to compete against the best triathlete women in my age-group. I completed the Lake Placid Iron Man event qualifying for the Hawaii Iron Man, which I just completed this year. My strength training with Bryan is one of the major reasons that I have been able to overcome the odds and compete again in national-level triathlons!”

“Bryan Briddell was truly outstanding training my children. Matt was a two-time New York State high-school tennis singles champion, earned a #5 national ranking and recently concluded a very successful career at Stanford University. Sarah played #1 singles at Albany Academy at age fifteen, earned a nationally-ranking and is a four-year starter for Brown University. Both Matt and Sarah became stronger, more explosive and achieved the high-level stamina necessary to compete successfully at a national level. Their abilities definitely took a quantum leap after training with Bryan.”

“After working with Bryan Briddell, my son Vince took .8 seconds off his 60 yard dash time. Bryan taught Vince the correct mechanics, exercises and nutrition that ultimately had a major impact on his baseball. If you have aspirations of your son or daughter one day playing college sports; speed, agility and quickness will be one of the biggest determining factors when they are evaluated by coaches. If you have your child participate in any camps, clinics or training programs this year, I strongly recommend that you enroll them with Bryan Briddell.”

He now runs a successful baseball scouting and recruiting service.
“Bryan Briddell of Saratoga Peak Performance gave my sons, Hunter and Austin, great workouts that combined strength, flexibility, balance and the metabolic conditioning necessary to compete successfully on the mat. My sons really looked forward to attending the training sessions at Saratoga Peak Performance. I highly recommend Bryan Briddell and his training facility.”
