Molly McMaster Morgoslepov knows the importance of being active. After being diagnosed with colon cancer at the age of 23, her passion for ice hockey became her way to raise awareness. She inline skated from NY to CO, has been a member of the gold medal-winning Adirondack Women’s Ice Hockey Team at the Empire State Games multiple times, and is one of only a few women in the world to have played men’s professional ice hockey in the United Hockey League.
As a life-long athlete, Molly knows that fitness should be fun and she brings that to every training. She loves to share her passion for fitness and coach others into an active lifestyle for a healthy mind and body.
Molly is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She also holds certifications in Cycling, Jump Roping, Group Barbell Training, and is a Level 2 Certified Ice Hockey Coach through USA Hockey. She sits on the Board of Directors for Saratoga Youth Hockey and is a coach for both her sons’ teams.
